An industrial revolution on the scale of the early internet is unfolding. We've met countless leaders of small businesses who feel it in their bones, yet are caught in a quiet anxiety: "I don't know where to start," or "Even when I study, I can't tell whether what I'm learning is right." Major consultancies are too expensive. Self-teaching has its limits. And there's no one obvious to turn to. Wolkin was born for exactly these leaders.
What we care about most is the moment a leader shifts from "I don't get it" to "I understand — I can do this." Rather than handing over answers, we think alongside you and get our hands dirty together, staying by your side until you can run on your own.
Founded in Sapporo in June 2025. Our two founders have led diverse organizations in Japan and abroad — moving between Tokyo, the Philippines, and Sapporo — and bring that deep, first-hand experience to every engagement.
Started her career at DeNA as a marketer, then helped build a divisional HR function from the ground up. She later served as marketing manager at a venture company in Cebu, the Philippines, where she formed her core conviction: great teams build great organizations. Drawing on that global and technology experience, she founded Wolkin to maximize the potential of organizations and people through the democratization of AI.
After completing graduate studies at Kyushu University, he joined Toshiba as an engineer, leading the shift of its products to cloud services. He then launched an offshore development business in the Philippines, building and leading its engineering team as CEO. Following the sale of that business, he joined the acquiring company as an executive overseeing technology and global operations. A self-described "AI geek" who has been using AI to work smarter since the earliest days of ChatGPT, he focuses on AI-driven business transformation and corporate DX.
